Requests received after we have dispatched the order will not be entertained. User has to reject the delivery in this case.

 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

Returns are not possible in case of Badminton Rackets, Accessories & Shuttles. For Apparels & Footwear we will provide exchange and in case the required size is not available we will refund the amount.

 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

 

Please note that the return courier has to be done by the buyer.
